Unit 2
The Proper of time begins with the First Sunday of Advent and the first part ends with Holy Saturday. The Proper of time is continued after the Ordo and Canon missae.
f. S34Av is a parchment slip measuring ca 80x60 mm. It carries text on the verso with a signe-de-renvoi refering to text on f. 35ra. The leaves f. 123a and f. 292 are also parchment slips of a similar size and function.

Parchment stiff and the first folios are dirty and dark. Possibly water damaged.Unit 2
Parchment darkened and dirty. The manuscript seems to have suffered a liquid spill. Holes in the parchment on several leaves, but no loss of text. The holes in the text are encircled in red ink, e.g. f. 134. Some holes have been repaired, e.g. on f. 63r. The lower, outer corner of some leaves have been cut or torn off, but with no loss of text, e.g. f. 53. Dummy leaves inserted on: ff. 11A, 18A, 21A, 28A, 51A, 53A, 54A, 60A, 67A, 72A, 75A, 103A, 108A, 131A, 135A, 137A–137B, 149A, 157A–157B, 159A, 166A, 169A, 176A, 234A, 240A. (f. 11r): opening puzzle initial A over 6 lines in red and blue. Counter space filled with vegetative ornaments in red and blue. Flourishing in red above the initial. Similar intials are found at the beginning of new sections on ff. 22r, 140r, 156r, 161v, 170r, 171r, 204r, 208r. Some of these initals have more elaborate flourishing, e.g. (f. 161v). (ff. 11r–298v): plain initials over 1-3 lines alternating in red and blue.
Binding
Late medieval binding. Dark brown leather over wooden boards. 5 double raised bands and endbands. 2 hook-clasp fastenings. Spine, blind stamped ‘A 50 a’.
Original endleaves consist of fragments from a Psalter.

Origin
Sweden, Stockholm, 1460. Written for the chapel of Helgeandshuset (Hospital of the Holy Ghost) in Stockholm.
Provenance
Some time after the dissolution of Helgeandshuset in 1531, the manuscript was probably transferred to Stockholm Cathedral (Storkyrkan), cf. Note_1v – Note_2r by G.E. Klemming.
