The text starts with ST II-II, prologue; ends with ST II-II q. 95, art. 10. ff. 120ra–124ra are identical to ff. 115va–119rb. This has been commented upon by a contemporary hand, which has marked the end of f. 119rb with ‘sequitur quartus inmediate signo tali’ and a signe-de-renvoi, which is repated after line 11 on f. 124ra; in addition, ff. 120r–123v are marked in the top and bottom margin with the words ‘vacat’ and ‘superfluit’.

Main text in black or brown ink, capitals touched in red.
(f. 1ra): opening historiated initial ‘P’ over 18 lines in gold, outlined in red and black ink with flourishing in red. The enclosed space contains an image of Thomas Aquinas seated at a lectern, which has an open book on it. At the master's feet are five seated monks, three of which have covered heads and are holding open books. On the master's shoulder sits a white dove and on his head a hat. The image is painted in thick opaque colours. The main colours are: yellow for the lectern, white and black for the clothes and a blue background. The initial extends into a 3/4 border of green acanthus leaves and with red and blue flowers.
(ff. 1va–291rb): chapters are opened by plain initials over 2-6 lines in red. From (ff. 292ra–301vb) there is spaced reserved for intitials, but no initials.
(f. 311ra), (f. 312va): texts opened by a plain initial over 3 lines in red.
(ff. 313ra–375va): paragraphs opened by plain initials over 2-4 lines in red.

Modern binding. Leather and marbled paper over cardboard. Spine, stamped in gold: ‘TH. DE HASELBACH COLLATIONES DE CONFESSIONE’, ‘A 210’.
