The manuscript is incomplete. It is unclear when it was fragmented. It seems to have been rebound in the 19th century. The extant leaves are in good condition, except for f. 25 where the outer part of the leaf has been cut off, with loss of text. Main text in black ink, rubrics in red, capitals touched in red.
(f. 21v): decorated initial ‘P’ in blue over 5 lines. Interior reserved shapes and knotwork on the letter body; floruishing in red; the enclosed space carry traces of gold.
(f. 59r): plain initial over 4 lines in blue with flourishing in red.
(ff. 1r–62v): plain initials over 1-2 lines alternating in blue and red. In two places, on (f. 1v) and (f. 45r), the initials are larger, extending over 4 lines.

Modern binding in blue (now faded to green) velvet. LCO, stamped in gold: ‘A 181’.

Early provenance unknown. In the 19th century, at the latest, the manuscript was in Sweden in the private collection of O. E. Lindgren.
