Germany Cologne , 15th century. The place of origin is based on a the hypothesis that the reference on Sexta die post epiphaniam celebratur dies obitus tercii regis et tenetur duplex festum points to Cologne, where this feast has been celebrated since 1164.

Early provenance unknown. In the 19th century, at the latest, the manuscript was in Sweden in the private collection of O. E. Lindgren.

The fragmented Proper of time starts in the middle of the first Sunday of Advent and ends with Palm Sunday.

Leaf missing after ; placed in the wrong place, it should come after ; does not seem to be a continuation of , which means a leaf is missing here.

The manuscript is incomplete. It is unclear when it was fragmented. It seems to have been rebound in the 19th century. The extant leaves are in good condition, except for where the outer part of the leaf has been cut off, with loss of text. : decorated initial P in blue over 5 lines. Interior reserved shapes and knotwork on the letter body; floruishing in red; the enclosed space carry traces of gold.
