A large number of leaves is missing, both at the beginning and end, resulting in loss of text. The parchment is stained, particularly the first folio, where the ink is also smudged, and around the edges of the first part of the textblock. Traces of glue from an earlier binding in the inner margin of the first and last page. Occasional holes, a couple circled in red (f. 5, f. 14). A small portion of the bottom corner of f. 19 and a sizeable section of the bottom corner of f. 31 have broken off or been cut out.Layout

Provenance
The manuscript belonged to 18th century book collector and librarian at the Royal Library and Antiquities Archive Nils Reinhold Brocman, as evidenced by his hand on the former cover (see note on f. SL1 by Klemming). According to Klemming's note, the former cover had no other marks of ownership.
Acquisition
Upon Brocman's death in 1770, a large part of his book collection was donated to the Antiquities Archive, and this manuscript may have been among those later transferred from there to the National Library.
