The treatise starts with a summary of the contents, the treatise proper starts on f. 2v with: ‘Intrando de tempore sunt aliqua ex dictis strictis capienda’. According to Schieche (1979) there are 24 notes in Czech throughout the manuscript, they are found on: ff. 11v, 14v, 23r, 29v, 32r, 40v, 44v, 52r, 56r, 58r, 60r, 64r, 77v, 95r, 96r, 103r, 117r, 125r, 127r, 132r, 135r. The glosses are also transcribed and translated into English inDziewicki (1902), pp. lxi–lxiii.
Stephens ascribes the second and fourth text to Jan Hus, cf Stephens (1847), pp. 35–39. However Dziewicki (via previous research) argues convincingly that the second text is written by Wyclif, while the fourth is by an unknown author, cf Dziewicki (1902), pp. liv–lxvi.

Marginal and interlinear additions by one or several contemporary hands (perhaps the scribe). Some leaves, e.g. (f. 7r), contain copious additions. The additions seem to consist mainly of corrections and additions of omitted text.

This loose leaf seems to be written by the same hand as the text on (f. 1r).
