Netherlands , 15th century. The rubric on refers to a monastery in s’ Hertogenbusch (Buscoducis) and the copy of the papal bull is signed by a notary in Amsterdam. Medieval owner's notes on the incunables (see below) also mention Amsterdam.

The manuscript was previously bound together with three incunables. The manuscript and the incuncables where separated in the late 19th century and bound as separate items (today Inkunabel 344, 923, and 942). It is unknown how and when the manuscript came to Sweden.

Bound together with Incunble 344 is what looks like the original cover in plain leather on which it is written in brown ink: Gammal No 30. This probably refers to one of the old catalogues of the National Library, but the exact one has not been found. The inside of the old cover contains an owner's note and a note in Swedish on the manuscript's original composition. The owner's note and additional notes in all three incunables mention the same person: heynrici filii mathie. One note mentions Conventus sancti francisci in amstelredam and several other additions then declarare that Heinric gave the book to the: fratres conventus sancti pauli. A note by a later hand on mentions the same Heinric and also mentions the year .

Bound together with the first page of incunable 344 is one manuscript leaf, which seems to contain part of a decretal by Pope Martin.
