Both covers are decorated with geometrical patterns that seem to have been made in ink.

 Leather worn and heavily damaged by bookworms. Buckles, clasps, and catch plates missing. Board attachments visible on and .

Germany , 15th century. The last two text mention the date and (, ), the latter also concerns Salzburg, which may point to an Austrian origin for the entire or part of the manuscripts.

Early provenance unknown. The signum B 16 on the has not been identified.
