VisColl collation. The construction of the first and last quire cannot be analysed. The first quire consists of one remaining leaf and stubs from excised leaves. The last quire consists of 11 leaves, but stubs in two places indicate a quire of more than 12 leaves, alternative two quires of perhaps 8 leave each. Parchment guards made of strips from manuscripts in the centre of each quire.
Medieval binding. Red leather over wooden boards. 4 double raised bands and endbands. Originally two hook-clasps. Corner and centre bosses in brass on both covers; studded brass plates on edges.
