Origin and early provenance unknown. A former librarian has made a note on that states that the manuscript is related to the Dominican order and the church of Poland, Bohemia, or Germany. However, no evidence is cited for this.

The manuscript has been at the National Library since at least the 17th century. It is believed to be the manuscript listed as Missale Membrana in Vossius's catalogue of 1651 (U 212:1, p. 53). It is also listed in the catalogue of 1734 (U 125e) as Theol. in fol. 14.

Proper of Saints De sancto Panchratio et sociis eius Secundum mathevm In illo tempore Accesserunt ad ihesum pharisei relictis retibus et patre secuti sunt eum Starts with St Pancras (12 May) and ends with the Vigil of St Andrew (29 Nov.). Common of saints In uigiia unius apostoli Beatus homo qui inuenit sapientiam Aut quam dabit homo commutationem : blank.

Parchment

Parchment stiff and of uneven quality, dirty and stained in places. Several holes in the parchment, but no loss of text. Guidelines and ruling in lead. Pregothic minuscule.

Scattered marginal additions by a contemporary hands. Most of them only partially legible due to trimming.
