The fragments are stored in a 19th century folder. The left side of each of the two fragments are glued to paper strips fastened to the folder.

France , 10th century, or 11th century, early.

Early provenance unknown. The fragments used to be part the flyleaves of National Library, MS A 147, which till contains two fragments of the same text. In the later Middle Ages the manuscript belonged to the Celestines of Marcoussis,(founded in the early 15th century). Their monastic library was sacked in the wars of the 16th century. After this the manuscript belonged to Paul Pétau and was then acquired from him by Queen Christina who brought it to Sweden.

A 147, the parent codex, has been at the Royal Library since the 17th century. At some point in the 19th century the fragments were removed from the manuscript and stored separately. The fragments were not documented as having belonged to A 147, but were identified as such in by R. Eriksson, see Eriksson (1936) .

The recto contains part of a table of content.

The verso is damaged in places by having been glued to a board, and then roughly removed. It contains text from the prose version of the Passio S. Dionysii, parts of chapters 1-3.

Left margin (vertical), by a later medieval hand (probably 13th or 14th century): Liber super matheum; next to this a pentrial by a different but contemporary hand: passio sancti i passio; between the two columns, vertical, in black in by a later medieval hand (15th century): Iste liber est de conuentu fratrum celestinorum sancte trinitatis de marcossiaco, additionally there are several other words scribbled by a medieval hand over the page.

Left margin (vertical) by a later medieval hand (probably 14th century): gaudeamus omnes in domino , followed by a pentrial: Michi luceius?; between the two columns, (vertical) in black in by a later medieval hand:Gaudeamus omnes, followed by omnia homo written in faint ink.
