Sweden , 16th century, second half. The inclusion of of Philip Melanchthon's hymn Dicimus grates tibi, first printed in , provides an approximate terminus post quem for this part of the fragment. The hymn Puer natus est on with its Swedish translation was printed in Stockholm in ( Then swenska psalmeboken ), and the note at the top of gives the date of , likely pushing the overall dating to around this time.

The note on states that the fragment was found in a copy of the Breviarium Lincopense printed in Nuremberg in 1493 but does not say where or when.

The Latin hymn is known, in similar form, from the 14th century ( Dreves (1886) ). The hymn with its Swedish translation was printed in Stockholm in 1572 ( Then swenska psalmeboken ). The folio transmits an instruction for which Kyrie to sing at which feast.
