Fragment of antiphonary, possibly 12th century, with neumatic notation.

Late medieval binding. Red leather over wooden boards. 6 double raised bands and 2 endbands. 2 clasps on , on two hooks with remnants of a strap. A vertical crack on has been repaired at an unknown occasion with two brass plaques, fastened with five screws on each. Leather torn on , exposing some of the raised bands. and decorated with a zig-zag pattern in red and green.

Very worn.

14th century Sweden

Origin and early provenance unknown, but most likely the volume was produced in Sweden. According to Schmid (1928) , the missal was probably intended for the diocese of Uppsala. Helander (2001) , on the other hand, finds no obvious model for the contents of the missal.

In the 1420s, the volume belonged to Husby-Långhundra Church (formerly Husaby-Ernavi), Uppland. The vicar Hans Johansson is mentioned in a note on , dated (see SDHK ).

The volume was acquired by the Antiquities Archive at an unknown occasion. The older signum, 7, appears in the inventory from 1722 (U 90:4, p. 49). The current signum was first established in Helin's catalogue from the 1720s (U 91:2:2).

From the Antiquities Archive to the Royal Library at an unknown occasion. According to a note by the librarian Anders Wilde in Berch's catalogue (U 93), the volume was not among the manuscripts delivered from the Antiquties Archive in . The same note has an addendum from , noting that the volume was extant in the National Library by then.
